Returns the capacity peaks configuration that is used for alerting the user when exceeded. It is required that:
1) the capacity peaks functionality has been enabled for the platform or labelpartner of the user
2) a NET2GRID device is connected to the user’s account and the device is online
Note: The hardware device may not be able to update immediately. It can take a few seconds until changes are visible by this call.
