Returns the power thresholds that the user has previously set if:

1. the power thresholds functionality has been enabled for the platform or labelpartner of the user.
2. a NET2GRID device is connected to the user’s account and the device is online.

Note: The hardware device may not be able to update immediately.
It can take a few seconds until changes are visible by this call.
