Returns the power thresholds that the user has previously set if:
- the power thresholds functionality has been enabled for the platform or labelpartner of the user.
- a NET2GRID device is connected to the user’s account and the device is online.
When thresholds are not defined, the data field returns an empty object ({}).
Note: The hardware device may not be able to update immediately. It can take a few seconds until changes are visible by this call.
