Mutes a topic for a specified channel. Within a channel, topics are used to distinguish between separate notification needs (for instance ‘reminders’, ‘news’, ‘warning’, etc). Using this call, a specific topic can be muted for a specific channel. The relevant notification channel needs to be enabled first.
