Training notifications

Training notifications inform the end-user about the status of the training progress of the NET2GRID Analytics engine. These notifications are expected to be received when the end-user starts using NET2GRID Insight services. Depending on the availability of measurement data there are different training phases that are applicable.

The notifications triggered as part of this process are specified below:

Notification Code	Description
NATP1.0	Training phase one has run and there are statistical appliance models available.
NATP2.0	Training phase two has run and there are, at least, some energy intensive appliance models available.
NATP3.0	Training has been completed and all applicable appliance models have been created.

These notifications contain the following additional attributes:

Notification Attribute	Description
appliance_type	The appliance type for which a model is available (for example "refrigeration", "washingMachine", etc.).

Retraining notifications

There are cases when the appliance models need to be retrained in NET2GRID Analytics engine after the training period is over. This can happen in the following cases:

when the end user has changed appliances in their household via POST profile attributes CE-API endpoint
if the end user requests the model for an appliance to be retrained via POST NILM retraining CE-API endpoint.

The following notifications will be triggered as part of this process:

Notification Code	Description
NARC.0	Retraining completed but no model was created for the appliance.
NARC.1	Retraining completed and a new model was created for the appliance.

These notifications contain the following additional attributes:

Notification Attribute	Description
appliance_type	The appliance type for which the retraining found a new model or not (for example "refrigeration", "washingMachine", etc.).

Solar production auto detection

In the case that the end-user has not specified if solar panels are installed in their household via the [Post profile attributes] endpoint and NET2GRID Analytics engine has identified that there was solar production in the installation, the Photovoltaic solar power property type can be enabled on the end-user’s profile automatically.

The following notification can be triggered in this case:
