Introduction

Once the prerequisite configuration options have been defined on EnergyAI level then the user can personalize their notifications even further. For example, they can enable or disable specific channels (email, PUSH etc.) and can also enable/disable either specific notifications and their channels or groups of notifications (Notification topics configuration)
