Email Notifications

Users can receive notifications at the email address associated with their account, which is also used for logging into the app through the CE-API.

The email is provisioned via the Account Management API . Provisioning is the 1st step of the end-user Onboarding Process as described here.

The Notification Structure applies to email notifications, as it does for all other channels. EnergyAI sends notification and account-specific emails using

• Mailgun or
• Sendgrid,

with templates' logic and personalization options available.
